Returns and Refund Policy

At Breastpump Kenya, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality breast pumps, nursing covers, and breast pump accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within the timeframe outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of delivery if it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@breastpump.co.ke or call 0792928184 within the 3-day return window.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The product is unused and in its original condition.
✔ All original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.
✔ The item is not damaged due to customer mishandling.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✘ Opened or used breast pumps, breast pump valves, and other breastfeeding accessories.
✘ Personal care items such as nipple creams, breast pads, and similar products.
✘ Items that have been damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 days using your original payment method.
  • Refunds do not cover shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund if the issue is confirmed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. We will guide you on how to return the item or you can visit our shop Bazaar Plaza 1st floor, Moi Avenue, Nairobi Kenya.
  4. Once we receive the product and confirm eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange.
