Welcome to Nova Breastpump Kenya. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (East Africa Time) are processed and shipped the same day (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver across Kenya.
- Our standard shipping rate is KSh 300 for all destinations within Kenya.
- Transit time is 0–1 business day depending on your location.
- All deliveries are handled by trusted local courier services.
Payment Terms
- We offer Cash on Delivery and Lipa na M-PESA payment options.
- Customers pay after delivery of the product.
- No upfront payment is required to place an order.
Product Availability & Fulfillment
- All products listed on our website or shop are subject to availability.
- If an item becomes unavailable after placing an order, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or full cancellation at no charge.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. If your product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately for resolution.
